fantasy version of brazil . . . from the incan amazonia uplands to the sweltering coastal lowland jungle . . . i always wanted to see this type of setting depicted in an mmo . . . bring it on forsaken studios!
Love, love the idea and setting of the game but when i saw that you could be killed by a grasshopper, that kinda of changed my mind . . . not sure i could deal with that sadly.
TBH DarkFall as it exists right now has the most interesting mob AI that I've seen . . . creatures actually flee from combat and then counterattack instead of mindlessly fighting to the death against even ridiculous odds as in 99.9% of MMOs.
Tough question and I think the answer is none of the current games that can arguably be considered sandboxish provide a quality experience in all of these areas though each has its strengths and weakness.
I'm confused by your comment about a player…
Very cool news! There are systems in Vanguard that few if any other MMOs can rival and in terms of an overall full featured experience, it has few peers! I hope they invest a bit in updating the character models, animations, and other aesthetics of …
Zzzzzzzz . . . this is a ridiculous non-issue not worthy of discussion . . . the reality is most companies look at examples of legal language used by other similiar companies and adapt it for their purposes . . . the only thing remotely worth any no…

I just started playing DF despite what I'd heard from friends and the general bad rap it gets because I was looking for something different with a more active combat style and open world both of which it definitely has. That said, I agree with points…
MO for me still remains one of the most intriguing games on the market . . . albeit, not one I'll willing to pay for just yet . . . I played in the open beta for a while and liked a lot of what I experienced but the learning curve was simply too ste…
I played in the beta as well as having tried a free trial perhaps a year ago. I really wanted to like LOTRO but in the end just didn't find it all that compelling or at least enough to keep me playing even in the new F2P model. Though in all honest…
I tired the free trial several months ago and was pleasantly surprised by many aspects of the game (openness of the world and the crafting system in particular) but didn't end up subbing. The recently announced development plans for the game definit…
Me too . . . Turbine did issue an official acknowledgement of the bug and indicated that there was no ETA on a fix. This close to launch I don't expect they'll fix it for those unable to access the beta.
