• I also recommend LotRO ,i think it still have the best community all across the mmo sea..i would start mini or champ for quicker combat experience.

• Complaining starter area...I allways hated when my character magically popped in,no backstory or a simple hint what an earth he is doing there.Ok its just a prison/bethesda/ but compared the almighty wow you got some sotry.And wow does not have fun …

• i think its tied to the map,but yeh i only noticed the weather when started raining,the aldmeri area pretty bright...Some map have good vibe,like morrowind:dusty,darker smoky ..And hey,i found malukah singing,as a bard ,i wont tell where
