I bought the CE and none of my in game items are in my mail etc. didn't relieve any of them. How and where can I get them. And I tried to go to support but i can't even get in it to log in. Won't let me. Any other way?

I really hope Gw2 can bring back that sense of keeps and sieges like warhammer did. It may be old and i may have not played it in years, but i swear that game had the best pvp all time minus UO.
