• I think it's like google or yahoo.  If it's not trending in searches it drops.  There are 106 users and 1,500 guests online right now.  If none are looking for swtor info.  Then Tor drops.  I hope that helps.

• Temps.  It could Lua script programmers or game systems programmers and a junior level.   They will call up a Temp agency because there is a sea of these programmers available.

• I don't like the idea of player controlled bosses, because what if some players make easy to kill bosses while others are hard to kill bosses. That wouldn't be fair.
