If by balance issues you mean WAR being an undesirable tank then yes, they fixed it to be more balanced with PLD. They nerfed Holy a little too I guess. Those are the only two things that come to mind atm.

For a Support class to work they need to make content for 6 people if not 8. As it is now, regular dungeons is 4 man and would just turn a support class into a healer, a gimped one at that.
