The correct email addresses are billingsupport@ryl.net and support@ryl.net . I know for a fact that we did reply to you when you sent us one email to the correct address. Maybe you didn't receive any reply because those are not valid emails.

A simple way to find out if his character is 70+ is if he gives me the name of his character so I can look it up.
