• Sandbox games, like Eve, I'd recommend. Or there are the MUD's which I just commented on a minute ago. There are alot of RP options for non-combatants if you look hard enough (though it's a bit harder in games like Eve than MUDS).

• I'd also like to join those that mentioned the Iron Realms Entertainment games. Specifically, Achaea, which is the MUD I play. Graphical games just don't hold the same appeal anymore, unless I'm gaming for a reason other than RP.

• It depends what game you are in, I've found, whether you'll see people roleplaying or not. MUDs are often places you'll find what you're looking for.
