• I have the same problem and I paid for the alpha. None of the suggestions from Trion have worked. I have downloaded the game 5 times now with no change. I feel ripped off as they keep closing my ticket without being able to solve the problem.

• Archeage uses Hackshield and every time I try to play the game Hackshield won't update so I'm screwed.  I crazily paid $150 for the alpha and I can't play it!
