• Yus, third tab in the options menu.  The translation is better than the TW OB, in that it translates quests that are in your logbook as well.  Still no english for dialogue, however.

• Don't get the english patch yet, for those who care.  The english translation in Jap itself is alright by itself, as of the moment.  NPC talk still isn't translated, but the Quests in your logbook are, and for most part that's enough.

• By sources, yus, you can.  But I believe dual wielding is not as simple as equipping a weapon in both hands.  Rather, it is treated as one item, except when you equip it, it'll show up on both hands, much like a double-handed weapon.

• They say there was a 2-hour delay of some sort.  But the servers are still probably under maintenance.  Try again later, when they've got it stabilized. And join server 3.

• It's the same as the TW client...if you have Cable/DSL, about 3hrs.  Remember to use a download client, though.
