• No, there probably will NOT be new areas/zones opened up in beta 4. Beta 4 increases the level cap to 25 because they are going to be previewing/testing the rate at which players can acquire XP through PvP.

•  Core 2 Duo E6850 (3ghz) 4GB Ram ATI Radeon 4890 1GB Windows Vista 32-bit I run the game at 1920x1200 on maximum settings and even with around 50-65 people in the starter zone the game ran flawlessly.  Very impressed.
