If you are playing D&D find a copy of the player's handbook. There is the spell lists and the information on how many and what spells you can cast in there.

Yes, they know pretty much all cleric spells, and they can only prepare and cast a certain number of spells per day.

As far as PnP D&D there is a chart of the spells you can prepare and cast per day. Each day, you can pray for any spell you want form the cleric spell list.
