So I have exceptions for:
utorrent (TCP-In)
utorrent (UPD-In)
and I added an exception for the port that utorrent is using.
(Also, I clicked on the "Add Windows Firewall Exception" button)
Is that all I am supposed to do?

Do torrent download speeds depend on who is using the same program as you? (I am guessing so, I just have no idea. I'm new to this torrent thing.)
