I'm 40 atm so i got pvp gear but up to lvl 39 i was running around with lvl 26-28 gear and soloing everything, even heroic 2s [4s too tough]. Sith Assassin, Deception spec.

They are too busy copying WoW to think themself. I just hit 40 [i started 2-3 weeks after official release] and encountered shitloads of bugs already.
