• Wow, I dont even play this game and this is enough to make me not want to.  Indeed I agree by far the worst case of unprofessionalism I have seen, tech/customer support is not around to get defensive when the customer gets upset.

• I think its great that there are more females playing games nowadays but I dont think they should get special attention just because they are girls.  I wont treat a woman player any different than a guy.  A gamer is a gamer.
