• Yes, I'm positive.  I'm a canadian subscriber to fileplanet and when I clicked to get the key they gave it to me.  I entered the key into the SOE account and away I went...... now if only the game servers weren't down

• I'm in Canada and I got a key, I think they mean north america, not US
