I'm in the same boat, but I can download the client, and sadly it's not a up-to-date client. 1.02 client from every link I search on google and the 1.065 patch needs client 1.062 or 4

Rappelz is a great free game and I do think the new class change is in now. Though I would play SilkRoad if I could find the full client not the 1.02client
