You can't, it's being beta tested in Korea so all those videos and screenshots are from the Korea beta. So you have to wait till theres a beta here in the good old USA.

hmm interesting, by the looks of it they'll probably have a duel system where both players have to agree to fight but IDK. Personally I prefer this than L2's concept.
