That's the way I understand it. My guess is that there won't be a limit. You may be goofing off and kill around 20 bears and later find a quest asking you to kill 30. You accept the quest and automatically have 20/30 bears killed.

My first character is going to be a Chaos Maruader. I would also like to try a Dwarf Engineer.
