The closest to that at the moment is Face of Mankind, but its gotten some bad press in open beta. You might want to try it though if its your kinda game.

Your grammar makes me want to kill myself but really theres not much of a question in it. There are loads of shoddy games around that are free really at the moment its all about guild wars, but that isnt out for a bit yet.

Turbine are pretty reliable i find. But it has to be SOE because otherwise we wouldnt have anything to talk about.

Guild wars PvP is thoroughly enjoyable, though it is more arcade style. Nowhere near the kind of range of shadowbane. For a wider form of PvP Dark & Light is looking promising with kingdoms to rule and castles to lay seige to.
