  • Just FYI, we are in the process of solving CoarseSand's issue as we speak after he posted over at the official forums.  (I pretty rarely make my way here, so please do post on the official boards if at all possible).

  • I'm on the PlayNC Launcher team at NCsoft, and I saw your post, and I want to get you in the game!  Do you have a 64-bit version of Windows by any chance?  What is the exact error message you see when you start?
