done that and they have no phone customer service + the problem is not with credit card but with hte key... My retail key wont register on the account.. ive already registered it once but it wants me to redo it.. and so it wont work

hah, so its telling u you have to register your key? I even claimed my stuff yesterday morning get stupid message " no offers found for this key" every damn time.. i really hope this is fixed when i wake up tommorow
