Darkfall had it problems but we i loved it. It is already anticipated in the crew i run whit, altho we are a bit sceptical and taking things whit a pintch of salt after all the previous problems. Especially on the PR side of things.

its an old game, but a good 1. ther eproblabe wont be 1 like it in a long while. (played it a 1.5 years whit short stops in between)

there are help channels ingame, whit people there to help you understand the game. there are also coorpiration that teach you the how and the what of eve:)

i have been playign eve for a while now,(1.5 years orso) and have been following ptbs for a long while to, and must say you cant really compare the 2. the use of country for example limit pvp greatly. but hey dream on dude.
