i highly doubt MS would have dumped Vanguard, it has more going for it then most other mmorpgs out, and coming out. The WoW fanbois really need to start thinking and perverting statements.

simple sigil bought back rights from MS because MS was trying to rush the game, and they took the publishing rihgs and gave them to SoE, this in fact gave sigil more controll over there game, and SOE has none.

the games graphics will improve as they get closer to release, because of the fact of ever new graphic designs and such they are normally not to there peek till around phase 4 or open
