I thought i saw it was being taken down till the opening of all the servers but i guess i am wrong, but weird they put the timer up now and never before... oh well i can wish i guess

In beta there was a advance area where you could check off the helm! thou at times i would log and come back with it but its not hard to check it off again.

Not to worry it happened to me too and what happened to me was that the down loader wasn't able to finish and once the server is back up like right now you will be able to finish it the DL and get rid of that nasty error

If you have a router make sure you have a path through the router and if you do have a router best you check with your maker of it to see if they have a walk through! I have a DLINK and they show you.
