• Give it like a day or so for them to respond, checking every 2 minutes doesn't help (i'd know) And if you got an invalid one you can prolly be safe in getting a new one or something.

• Try contacting the Warhammer team about that, an e-mail might work but calling would be better. And also calling the place you got it from might be good
