I think they mean, the players ideas and thoughts on what they would like the game to be? If you read the about you can see that they are trying to make a game that everyone likes, so you have say what you want? not sure though

What do you mean it looks hacked? and no it isnt my site. I just found it. I even e-mailed them and they said their site is going under some major changes, but they wanted that site up so that the company can get player feedback.
