I got both the expansion packs with my Europe packaging... Only cost me 50€! I really don't know what's in the CoP since I started with it.

I just came back to Final Fantasy XI a while ago too! I'm in the Pandemonium server with my only character Shidan, which is a level 17 warrior from Bastok. Merry christmas to you too... :P (better later than never, right?)

I think you can, but I'm not 100% sure since I only pay one. It would be pretty stupid if you couldn't though... :S
