You will not have any problems with 64 bit vista. I would say more but still NDA.

Had same problem. I tried running game in directx10 but wont work. If you are too set it back to directx9. 10 wont be in until launch day. If not same problem, goodluck with fixing it!

I used Comrade too. Just uninstalled it after getting my beta key. It worked well, let me know maybe 2-3 minutes before keys were going to be sent out.
