Here's the thing: If you kill a monster, and it drops all of its loot, equipment, items, etc.; Why is it when a player, on otherwise even ground with the monster, does NOT drop their entire loot? As of late, every damn MMORPG shows almost NO penalty…

While the FAQ certainly goes into detail as to what you NEED to submit an MMORPG, it does not entail WHERE or HOW to submit it to the site. It mentions submition a few times, but no specific location or email link.
