ok done , was a router setting , i disabled temporary the firewall from router damn to long time i lost , thanks alot for the beep:D also thanks mmorpg forum for being usefful for me best wishes

everytihing is settled already .. about the router , yes i have a router, any ideea hint's about it? btw the other patches i have downloaded fine but this one it seems like it start and then its stop like there 's not enough nodle with the server …
