Will the skills on the AI depend on your level? Or will it be just as hard for everyone? I sure hope it will be HARD :P

Sure you can run it everything on HIGH. It doesnt matter dx10 or 9. But with a dx9 card you just cant use the dx10 features in-game. Im going to wait untill the dx10 cards get a little cheaper. Thats my advice to you too
