Dancefloors excepted, wherever possible I do absolutely no excerise whatsoever.
Most of the time this is not as much of an option as I would prefer. I have a tree down in the garden, I'm going to try outstaring it first but if that doesn't work, I'll probably cut it up and move it.

good luck with the outstaring it. tried that once, it didnt work for me. and the extra weights in the mouse work great
Much to the irritation of friends and family, I eat whatever i want, do little to no regular exercise apart from walking the dog and have maintained the same weight (13st ish) and condition i was in since my early 20's.
My dad is very similar, he is 76 and still has suits/clothes that fit him from the 60's/70's (the fact he still wears some of them is a whole other story/counselling session). I very luckily seem to have inherited his metabolism. Sadly it will probably include his 'male pattern baldness' as my hairline has just started to creep in the past few years :P

I keep hearing this, but I'm really not sure: Do people really do this???
Anyway I have:
-rowing training 3*week, 2 hours per training session.... We usually do some runing, physical exercises(stand-ups, push-ups...), and rowing (either in a tank - to get better at rowing- or in the gym - more physical) -PE at school - almost next to nothing, but still better than nothing -I exercise 30-60min whenever I don't have training... phush-ups, stand-ups, small weight lifting.....
I'm the healthiest person to reply until now! wohoooooooooooooooo

Gym 3 Times a Week (including Sunday/Saturday) I'm Also a Elementary schools Soccer Coach. Also i hope my wife isn't a member here but we get it on every so often
i go to the gym 4 times a week for an hour and a half each time, 2 days a week i do 60 crunches/minute, 60 pushups/minute, and run a misle and a half in 9:30ish. once i get back to school for AFROTC i have PT 3 times a week at 5:30am which will probably mess with my current schedule but it'll probably remain about the same.
of course i also eat as healthy as possible <- the most important part of exercise.
I go to the gym at least 5 days a week. Sometimes 7 days a week. Depends on how long I have to stay and work. I love working out though. I don't know if I'll ever quit. It's a good time for me.
I'm all over the board on exercise. I like to jog and I love cardio wirght training. I used to do cardio weight training 4 days a week for about 5 months. It wa the best shape I've ever been in. Now I mostly exercise when Im feeling fat. Although I really want to start training for a half marathon- any recommendations on how to get started on that?

I am currently a fat couch potato but thats winter for me lol, in summer I will get active again and try to get in shape. Work is slow and I just been relaxing latley so I figure I put on at least 20 extra pounds lol ah well tis the season to be jolly & fat ! I think I weigh 225+ now when I should weigh 190-200 lol.
Not really, no. I regulary walk 5-10 miles a day, but that's just because i'm too lazy to take the bus, and i still haven't collected enough willpower to get my bike to the repair shop.. Planning on starting with weightlifting again in january, as well as boxing+american football.

The greatest feeling you can get in a gym or the most satisfying feeling you can get in the gym is the pump. Let's say you train your biceps, blood is rushing in to your muscles and that's what we call the pump. Your muscles get a really tight feeling like your skin is going to explode any minute and its really tight and its like someone is blowing air into your muscle and it just blows up and it feels different, it feels fantastic. It's as satifying to me as cumming is, you know, as in having sex with a woman and cumming. So can you believe how much I am in heaven? I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym, I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home, I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage, when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. Its terrific, right? So I am in heaven. - arnold swarthcnbeagger

Nothing compaired to the endorphine rush you get from running.
