    I walk from 1-2 miles a day, but that's just class and around campus. I don't exercise just to exercise.

    To re-rail this thread.

    I excercise all the time. I play college football so I lift extensively on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Then I run 2 miles on Tuesday and Thursday.
