Playstation 3 losing console War?

Through my observation, I am seeing that the PS3 has been losing the console war ever since released.
The graphics on the PS3 are being beaten by the Xbox 360, and teh gameplay on the PS3 is being beaten by both the Wii and the 360. The price is also better on the 360 and Wii compared to the PS3. Not to mention game titles released are alos being beaten by the games on the 360 and the Wii.
ANother BIG factor is that Blu-Ray has been beaten by the HD-DVD. Most of the big name Holleywood companies choose HD-DVD over Blu-Ray.
Support for the companies is also a factor. Sony has a bad name and reputation and its only getting worse. Microsoft's reputation is rising, as is long-time-standing Nintendo.
I was also in EB Games teh other day, and they had the PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360 hooked up next to eachother. People were looking at all three, which were all running Call of Duty 3 i think, and i was eve-dropping on people and they were pointing out that the graphics on the PS3 were worst than the ones on the Xbox 360. Also, the lines and the people trying out the three consoles were bigger for the Xbox 360 and the Wii compared to the PS3.
WHich console will win? I think Sony has messed up this time around and will loose this generations war. I predict that the Xbox 360 will come in first place, and the Wii will be in second, and in third will be the PS3.

Your theory is also very flawed.
The Wii may sell well at first but the poor quality games and lineup is looking bad for the console, i personally think it'll end at Mario and Zelda like the GC and have poor ports like COD3 and Splinter cell.
For a console thats about controls, it'll be the downfall.
The 360 has had a headstart and hasn't ran away very far outta reach from the the other 2 consoles, the 360 does not sell well in Japan aswel. I think the only advantage it has over the other 2 is LIVE and the lineup again looks bleak with only GEOW and HALO to really be excited about from the first party.
The PS3 has only just been launched with hardly any consoles made, have to give it time for Sony to make them fast enough to judge. The Games on the otherhand first party are looking the strongest. I admit the PS3 has ALOT of cathing up to do but i predict. In terms of Games...
1. PS3
2. 360
3. Wii
Obviously Nintendo will be making more of a profit because they dont lose any money per console.
+ The 360 version looks better because they were made for that console ported over and they havnt had as long with the console. The PS3 is a VERY different machine and MUCH harder to develop on. The First party games however dont suffer fromt he problems. It's just about Lazy 3rd party devs atm.

I'll be honest, I don't like the PS3 for two reasons. Sony, and their price. If I was going to spend $600 on anything, it'd be on a new Vid Card or Some more RAM. At least that gives more functionality to something I use way more often anyway.
I don't like Sony because of SWG. I don't like their questionable business practices. Sony as a whole pisses me off.
So, again, I can only hope that the PS3 loses. I'm betting Wii wins, because plenty of people might get it as a second console, and for the obvious gameplay reasons.

I'm in no way a PS3 fanboi i eventually buy every console but i think it's stupid to judge this early. I just defend the console that receieves lots of bashing for no reason other that jump on the bandwagon because its too expensive.
Watch this it's very good to see these devs views on who will win, they seem to go inf avour of PS3 eventually too;

And again, Sony is the Parent company of SOE. Even if they have absolutely no control (Which isn't true), it doesn't reflect well on the company. I don't want to turn this into an SWG debate here (However, I have to say if you believe a single thing said by Smed, you scare me. LA and SOE both had a hand in it), so lets just skip over the whole SWG thing (You and me can debate the whole thing in PMs, because the general forumgoers are probably tired of my SWG rants).
It isn't the only factor in my not liking Sony. I've had problems with customer service (Well, that could be said about almost any company, but still). Exploding batteries are still fun. And, their constant lawsuits and buying out of websites that redistribute Foriegn versions of hardware still annoys me. As you stated in your post (Highlighted), they don't care about their customers. Granted, the statement is a little out of context, but like you said, they only see the money figures and give the go ahead. And all these are only recent troubles (With the exception of the caring point).
If you want to buy from them, go right ahead. I don't like their product, and if nothing else, my crusade against Sony helps me sleep at night (Not saying anybody shouldn't sleep soundly with a PS3).

Yes, and I'm sure the fact Ps3 supply was VERY limited has nothing to do with it /sarcasm.
But honnestly, its WAY to early to judge the Playstation 3 graphic wise already. the true powers of the playstation have never been used at its start, look at the Playstation 1 and 2.

Saga Frontier, release 1997
Compare to:
Final Fantasy VIII, released 1999
Made by the same company, yet a world of diffrence.

Compare to:
Final Fantasy XII, released 2006
Again, a huge diffrence. Its really too early to start talking about the graphics possibilities yet.

I personally think the same series that really helped sony to the top will help the playstation again.

have you actually played it? its freagin awesome. if they keep producing games that use its features, there will be many exclusives through the next couple of years to come. its very unique. even PS3 has tried to copy it lowkey, there controllers have motion sensing, albeit, not nearly as good or complex and definitely not built into the game.

Scara, the 360, Wii, PC and DS all have upcomming game list the same size as that one, maybe a little bit bigger/smaller, and 90% of the titles are cross platform. Means nothing.
And to counter a probable future statement, here is the defintion of gimmick

I see loadsa of amazing first party titles out for next year. I see no good 360 titles out for next year apat from halo : and i see none for wii.
Im sick of the PS3 bashing so im going to do the wii and 360 bashing (even tho i own one)

Who cares who wins or loses? What happens if the console you pledge your allegiance to wins? You get a cookie?
Sony, Ninteno, and Microsoft do not love you, they love your money.
