So be it, if they are billing peoples, then good for them and bad for the ones who throw their money at a slightly modified Torque demo...
Their 0.71 should come out soon and will show more of the final game environment, let's see that. Let see the version 1.0 when it come out if ever, (if they just think about integrating Havoc into TSEA, that may take a little while , specialy that it seems they have trouble with the simplest things like 1st person )
You know they may be legit, that will show only when they release 1.0 but in the meantime they also are total moron on communication (that last comment is true even if they are not legit).
So I suggest you just cool down, get on with your life, let LC go on with it's own life, which probably will be short lived.

Look at your 1st post. You say your from gameshout and that you heard of a company called Red Planet making a game called LC. You guys OWN LC's website so you didn't "hear" of the game it's your game. Please disclose this kind of info. Your acting like a 3rd party but your LC staff not a 3rd party gamer.
And stooping to Vanguard to hid your lack of any content in a game scheduled to launch in 2 days and has been accepting Pre order money for a few weeks.
BTW anyone notice that Huxley has a page but LC does not on Non released games listing? I think that's because the MMORPG.com folks know LC is vaporware.
This is my first post in this forum and I would like to say Bravo to Vashner for sticking to his guns. I am a gamer just like many of you and was intrigued by many of the things I heard about this game. The term Vapor ware is new to me but the word "scam" is not.So I decided to check into it. Unlike CaptMavs AKA SoS assertion that he is a former cop and Marine I am a Police Officer for twelve years with 8 of it being SWAT and 3 as a Narcotics Agent in addition to serving in our Military for 18 years,currently in the Reserves.
I cannot stress enough that this is not real. A simple check of the Red Planet Games website in orlando is false. It comes back to a medical office complex. suite 2217 is a Dr. Hal Levine. The area code for orlando is (407). (772) is a conglomerate of cities such as st. Lucie and Ocean Breeze. A phone call gets you a females voice on an answering machine and I believe a child in the background. I only tried once, didn't leave a message. The point is that was 2 minutes worth of investigative work.
Dig further and you'll come across a few dead ends. I would refer anyone who paid any money to contact your Better Business Burea,Consumer Affairs, the state Attorney General, your local Police Department, the Treasury Dept (IRS) I am sure no Taxes are being paid with their pre-order monies., and the Secret Service computer crimes division.
20 bucks isn't alot but there are many many people out there that succumb and fall victim to these scams. As long as you allow this crime and the criminals involved to go unpunished it will continue.
The 'Mourning' devs needed a side scam, while they scammed everyone else, so they decided to dupe the sci-fi AND fantasy fans all at once. Genius plan!!!

Id be one to say as well, if you are a artist and are approached by LC get your money in advance, the last artist that worked freelance for these guys was.. well.. ripped off and still remains unpaid for the majority of his work. Which strangly hasnt made a appearence other then a Jeep, which was removed from that .70 demo. Yah, i have been all up on LC. The details, I have alot of really nifty info from the LC site.. including a large amount of stuff thats been delete. I love taking screenshots of items that a hour later are.. gone.. When they did this beta it was just Torque stripped of all the extras and thats all. I can not see this game coming out or even been finnished. People in my guild subscribed even though I told them not to because it was just Torque engine with no content.
Also what I found funny was the emailing asking people to get there guild members to pre-order the game also. hmmm why they sound so desprate I guess they blew the 1st set of pre order money on cheap booze and hookers

I lost all access, banned forever (boo hoo big forking lose ... NOT!)
Well i can say the game is garbage. I developed several models for the game, each time they (they being Andy/StateOfShock/Whatever) said nice job, i love it. but what would happen? nothing.
i got one pay form them. Back in Dec.2006. for all that F****** effort i put in all i got was s*** on.

would think other wise). Christ i have not even been paid by these pricks since Dec. of 2006. But yet they can

TIme for me to move on to bigger and better things, i was approached by another dev team to help them with their
RPG game. And i can tell you at least these guys have something real to show for over a years worth of fucking
