The issue is this game has too many bugs and is not even close to what they should expect anyone to pay for.

I hope I never see another queue in an MMO, I hate the damn things. The WORST thing I ever encountered in an MMO was a 15 hour wait in a queue to get into a BG in WoW.
Almost all MMOs are buggy and fail to deliver what they promised at launch, IMO the best time to judge them is 6 months after they launch. The first few months of WoW were buggy as hell, in fact during that time me and my friends gave it the nickname 'World of Lagcrash' because during peak times that is what it did, lagged like hell then crashed. EvE wasnt that good at launch either, lots of bug exploiting, not enough content and the devs were being forced in the wrong direction by the financing company, that all changed after CCP gained control of the entire project. The list goes on ... even UO and EQ had their fair share of problems at launch and shortly afterwards.
Simple solution ... if you dont like it, dont play it ... just dont keep bleating on about it and play whatever MMO it is that you prefer.

Normally a reply like this would tick me off, but scottns was right. I went and got a new video board - ATI Radeon x1600 Pro Video.
I am now getting FPS of 25-30 and the eye candy 3D graphics are gorgeous. I tried all the tricks described in the other threads, but they did not seem to really help.
So.... I hated to spend another $170 on this game but after playing last night with the new board, I am glad I did.

Killing dragons in early quest with my DE. Feels epic, heroic.
Diplomacy made me feel influencial and politically engaged.
