This post isn't about numbers, or how many people are playing Vanguard, or even whether Vanguard will be successful 1 year down the line. The post is about whether the people that are playing the game are enjoying it or not. So, to tell the truth, if you haven't played the game, you shouldn't be posting here, unless you're asking questions about gameplay from people that have played.
Now, that being said, I doubt what I just said will make a difference. It just KILLS haters to see somebody enjoying a game that they have decided to sling shit at. I mean, seriously, somebody else likes a game that they don't? Blasphemy!
I am playing the game, and I am loving it. My girlfriend is even getting a kick out of it. She enjoys playing video games, but hasn't had a whole lot of experience with MMOs. I think she got an Undead Warrior to level 20 or so in WoW. So, she might not be an MMO virgin, but she isn't a jaded MMO slut like most of us. =P She says that "Vanguard isn't as pretty as WoW, but is more fun because you can do more than just kill things", and tossed in a "not as many players are mean".
I mean, I've seen these numbers plastered across no less than 3 seperate threads now...go start your own, Jackdog. At the very least, don't post them in threads where they aren't supposed to be, post them in threads that are about Vanguard's success, not how fun it is to people. Oh, and when somebody makes a valid objection to a point that you've made, it's generally considered good debating to address them.

Do you poeple have any kind of life at all? If your idea of fun is spending time researching numbers to determine if a GAME is successful, I am assuming not. If you don't like the game thats fine and if you do thats OK too. Just make your statement about why and let it go.
Wait, are you being paid on a per post basis? In that case all of this would make sense.
