Some of you who are on the anti-soe bandwagon need to come to your senses. While I feel you are entitled to your opinions, if you disregard a game like GnH simply because SOE is COPUBLISHING(i.e. handling marketing and retail distribution) you are simply hurting companies like Perpetual(the ones that deserve your support) in the long run.
PS. The deal between SOE and Perpetual is very different from that of SOE and Sigil. With Sigil, SOE is taking care of marketing, publishing, servers and customer service. With Perpetual, SOE is just marketing and publishing. It is no different than with Turbine and Midway where Midway simply distributed LotRO. I highly doubt Midway will be making calls on how LotRO is developed and the same goes for here.

That is exactly what people said about Vanguard. Sony is in the market to aquire games and this is their avenue of choice at the moment. Getting in bed with them, even if it is to just "publish" is akin to making a deal with the devil.
Not that Sony has a great reputation for marketing games anyhow, but that is beside the point.
If the game a) Is really good and gets lots of subscribers or b) doesnt launch very well but has good things going for it , SOE will probably buy it. If game c) dosnt tank or impress will probably stay on the hands of perpetual.

ps: this is a joke, although, I have no love for SOE
