Well, I can understand people that have left he game coming here to vent while their in transition to another game, I can't understand however "Vanbois" with hundreds if not thousands of posts defending something they swear is not broken. Seems to me that the game would speak for itself almost like the 650,000 people playing the LoTR beta.
Do I play LoTR, not really, I tend to play VG and EQ. Does that mean that I can defend all the bugs and glitches because it's fun when it works? No, I don't think so. It reminds me of when a food product is recalled. People don't defend it because it tased good, even though it made them sick. People don't ask you if you checked on the web before you bought that jar of peanut butter because you assumed it would be good. Well, I guess I did as many did here, I trusted that 35+ Million and 5+ years of development by an experienced team would result in a fairly well designed product.
I play the game too. Its "not broken" enough for me to play and have fun. I assume its the same for you as well. I don't feel any need to "defend" the bugs or gameplay.
The fanbois aren't a problem to me -- even the ones that have decided to overlook the flaws. In fact, I admire people who use their free time to try to spread things they feel are fun. That's a good use of time. And fun is infectuous.
But the haters are another matter. Hate is also infectuous and never leads to fun.
Anyways, running back to LOTRO, even posting a line in this game's forum is boring.
Hahaha
Yet the last three pages of you post history is posts in this forum, didn't check futher. You know if you dont like something don't force yourself doing it, you'll just end up hating it.
Hope you play LOTR because it is not boring to you. And if you do stop in time.
Oh, I will check back every now and then. Somebody has to keep an eye out to Vanbois and virals spreading rosy bs about the game.
That's the spirit! I was afraid you were starting to sober up!

You are forgetting the first rule of Vanguard haters: the opinion gets more shrill the more distant the play experience. I expect excellent output from this guy in the future.
After all, Lotro is so excellent and diverting that he has no nothing else to do but to continue to come back here and post.
what a great post, im going to have to add to that well thought out, unbiased post
6. The Realists- those that realize 'implemented soon' and 'fixed in upcoming patch' is never going to happen 7. The Dissapointed- those that followed the game for years, believing all the hype only to be kicked in the nuts with reality 8. The Casual- The people who play to...have fun? game just isn't. 9. The Consumer (you know, those crazies that want a playable game when they pay for it) 10.The Vast Majority. noones playing for a reason man.
