Poll: Which MMO would you like to see in the Future?

Hello all,

I was just having this conversation with a few of my friends today and I would love to know what all of your opinions were on some MMO's you would like to see in the future.

 

Me personally, I would LOVE to see a Shadowrun MMO come out. I think the setting which Shadowrun falls in would be great and I think the Magic/Foci/Implants could be utilized wonderfully if the game engine and coding was done by the right people ( Blizzard,CCP are among the better development companies IMO ).

 

SO just let us all know what ya'll think!

Fallout Online (old rpg)

Syndicate Online (old squad based rt combat game)

Altered Carbon Online (mmo based on Richard Morgan's world from the Takeshi Kovacs novels)

KOTOR Online (recent rpg)

Developers i am anxious to see new stuff from:  Funcom, CCP, Areae, Red5, GMG (or whatever the new name is)

Yeah seeing a Get of Fenris scrapping with a a hardcore Brujah in the middle of Central Park would be cool, and Fallout Online would be insane !!

Im not very fond of the idea of MMOFPS's in general, and I think it would totally ruin the Shadowrun concept. Imagine trying to be a Physical Adept in an FPS, thats ridiculous.

I'd have to go with WoD as well.  We're past due for a more adult oriented MMO.

Always been a big fan of starcraft.  Id like to see it happen also.   And you know Blizzard will make it a winner even iff WoW is a bit simple its still is a great time sink. 

 

The thought of piloting a seige tank against some zerglings in an MMO sounds thrilling.

 

 

That or I want to see Cyberpunk 2020 as an MMO(RPG)

warhammer 40k has alrdy been announce so i dont think it fits here but...



i would love to see a game with te same concept as imperator online, where all the biggest and most dominant forces in history, like the mayons (spelling omg) and rome and such, never died or fell apart what the world would be like in 500 years in the future now.  I like that concept but mythic wasnt going to put any PVP in it so i woould like to see that story with PVP

Yeah its been announced that Warhammer 40k is being developed by a company, I forget which one. But since the announcement that's there hasnt been any other talk about it. Im sure we wont be seeing any progress on it for at least 2-3 years.

Bladerunner would be sweet, and wouldnt it be Universe of Starcraft lol? I agree though we need some new species to kill!

Fallout Online is already in the works, it's coming. 

Personally, I'd love to see more sci-fi MMOs, as I'm a bit sick of the fantasy thing over and over with a few different NPCs.

A new Star Wars would be ideal to me, since it has so much diversity and so much it could offer as a gaming universe, in good hands.

I'd like to see a FPS MMO in the Aliens universe. No predators please, rather Aliens vs Marines. PVP would be meaningful and interesting, and there's alot that can be done as far as "castle siege" type situations (ie: the Alien Queen is where everyone spawns.. she dies the colony "dies" and nobody can spawn there).
