There was Steampunk MMO under development named Gatheryn by Mindfuse Games. I believe they went out of business mid last year. Developed fairly quickly using the Hero Engine, but ran out of cash most likely. Got $1MM back in 08. Was supposed to be 1st to launch HE

Daleks don't use stairs, they just level the building.
