Not sure but I think WWIIOL is still bigger. It is Europe half scale. How big is that?
If WWIIOL is not bigger, it will be soon because new theaters that will be seamless to the existing theater will be added soon. Africa first then the Eastern Front after that, I believe then the Pacific. Eventually the game will have the entire world 1/2 scale.
Additionally, it appears some new games have WWIIOL technology to thank like "Huge and Seamless"
BTW, I am very interested in DnL for one reason and it's good enough for me. It looks very very interesting to me. Do I need a better reason?

Hmm.. That's funny, coming from a WoW fanboi...
DnL has tons of amazing transportation, the world is HUGE for exploration, and it's all hosted on one server.
That is what they're doing new.
NVidia - The way it is meant to be played
ATI - The way it really plays, if it's working....

I don't get it, can someone please explain why they are excited about it? Please give at least one tangible reason, not just "DNL ownz0r, WOW sux0r", etc.

Well the "i think the graphic sux wow is graphic is better" statement.... It took me a while to understand what you were trying to say (don't worry, you'll pass grade 3 someday ).
Lol you simply can't just judge a game by it's graphics... I can see why your going to play WoW .

True, I couldn't have said it better. Graphics is only a small part of the game, what's a game with no or very boring gameplay? DnL has good, perhaps not great in your eyes, graphics.
One day all will die, surely you but never I.

Not to be disrespectful, but how can anyone possibly say that? Don't get me wrong, WoW has some pretty good graphics, but comparing WoW graphics to DnL graphics is like comparing a saturday morning cartoon to a feature film. WoW's graphics - though great - are cartoonish and over-exxagerated and share the same style as the old Warcraft titles. DnL's graphics - though it could use some improvements here and there - are close to, if not borderline, on photorealistic.
Anyways, some reasons that I am excited about DnL:
Playstyle for just about anyone. Are you a PvP'er? That is one of the main features of this 'game'. Are you only interested in PvE, and don't want to PvP? No worries, the alignment kingdoms are safe from PvP - and each one is bigger than all of EQ combined! Are you into politics? DnL has got what is shaping up to be simply the most in-depth, interactive, and robust political and kingdom management system I have seen in online gaming... oh wait, no mmog as of yet has anything remotely like it. Are you into crafting? Yep - there's that as well. Are you into Exploring? With over 40,000km2 of land it could take you months to explore it all! Do you want to be a merchant? There are lots of things to help you achieve this - caravans, trade routes, supply and demand, and more. Are you a casual player? There are lots of little things you can do at the spur of the moment that won't require lots of time - such as snowshielding and many more 'little' features.
DnL also has simply the most astounding and realistic world and weather engines to date in any online game. They use real satelite data of Earth and Mars to make the land, while other games are still doing it the traditional way by hand. This allows for realistic terrain - because that's where they got it - as well as unprecidented views where you can see the true horizon instead of the artificial fog clipping seen in most other games. And the weather? They have snow that actually builds up instead of being painted onto the landscape, rain that forms puddles, winds that blow vegetation and kick up sand, temperatures, lightning and thunder, and many more types of weather mentioned - and they have a real impact on the world, people, spells, quests, animals, and vegetation.
Many, many, forms of interactive transportation and ways to explore this massive world so that there shouldn't be anymore boring waits to get from point A to B. Such as hang-gliding, snowshielding, balloons, boats, and various land mounts as well as atmospheric flight with dragons.

Nothing else to say. But I think the thing I really like in DnL is the size of the world, the PvP, the minigames and the One only server concept.
