Not really. It's rather easy to do. You type, post, log off, log on, type, post, rinse and repeat

Bringing the Bill of Rights and the Constitution into a PRIVATE forum, moderated and owned by a PRIVATE organization makes me laugh so hard I can't control myself.
Btw, The US Constitution's Bill of Rights is NOT a law. It is the basic principles of which we all hold dear, but it is NOT a law. Laws are voted into being in the US Congress and or formed in the US Courts themselves. The Constitution and Bill of Rights is what everything else was based off of. Also, to say Freedom of Speech applies in a forum privately owned and operated on the internet is wrong also. The legislatures and courts of nearly every civilized country have been arguing pretty much the same thing since the internet became what it is today.
Perry, you just prove to us more and more that you are just trying to harass the members and staff of MMORPG.com and if there WERE laws governing the civil and criminal actions on the internet, they could probably have a very good case of a CEASE & DESIST Order against you. But, again as the governing of the internet is still in its infancy, many of the rules and laws concerning it are being formed and written as we speak.Well if you read what i actually said ....i said when they ban me what i do outside of mmorpg.com is total freedom of speech and they cannot do nothing... and sorry giving me a order to stop is foolish it would do nothing outside of mmorpg they have no pull anywhere i could say anything i wish and nothing they can do sorry the law of freedom of speech is upheld by the supreme court and mmorpg cannot do anything outside of thier precious website all they can do is ban me and show i was right for only trying to defend myself and the company i support plain and simple!
ummmm oooo kkkkkk i REALLY REALLY don't think they give a damn what you do outside of their form. you acting like a tool on THIER forum is what the do have a problem with..lol i'm 30 and my whole guild on wow was 22+ in age and we all played eqoa previously together,no kiddies here. and i should also state i quit WoW like 2 months ago. and as i stated in your other thread,idk where th hell you see WoW plastered all over the place here seriously, only time i see something posted about WoW its the nerd speak leetist like you trashing it. and also again as i said in your other thread of all the MOST popular MMOs listed on MMORPG.COM game list WoW is rated one of the lowest.....

Please, do yourself a favour, rethink and revamp your argument, come back, research the site so you have evidence, and then simply post it. Otherwise you just look disgruntled and pathetic.
You will not get our sympathy or support with absolutely no evidence, just comments like "look, can't you see they are biased" and, "they obviously are in cahoots with Blizzard".

actually i know you THINK its all wow players bashing your games but from what i seen its mostly former SWG people that SOE screwed up their game and they won't let it go eeeeeever. and vangard pretty much bashes itself.... i myself have station pass i play eq2 (haven't been able to get into it completely tho for what ever reason) and i been back playing EQOA lately and started over completely on a different server (CLW) because my old server is dead.
Go ahead and take it outside the forums, PLEASE. And you will see what the Constitution and Bill of Rights Freedom of Speech can do for you.

If you defame the website and its staff/owners outside of here, they can sue you in court and from where you stand here, would win. Being that the owner of the site is a US citizen he can take you to court if you pursue to libel and slander him outside of these forums after you are banned. You cannot prove any of the allegations you continue to make here through yourself or your alts and to do so outside this site to the detriment of this site can be grounds for a lawsuit of which I imagine you could not even afford the court costs for.

If both of you persist in the actions you started on this webpage, you can see where it can lead. You make claims, NOT opinions, of the operators of MMORPG.com and throughout the last few hours have persisted in these claims to the ridicule of the forum membership. But to someone with a business law background, it isn't funny any longer and should you continue to pursue your comments and libel against this website of which you have no proof other than what you perceive, then I will point the mods here to the same websites it took me 2 seconds to find and then we can all be rid of you once the courts are done.
As I stated previously, the laws and civil codes concerning the internet are still in the infancy, but it looks like the cases of libel through flaming websites and what you are doing, has already been dealt with and has precedence to be dealt with in just this case.
Please, oh please keep up your crusade against MMORPG.com and see where it can lead you. You think the internet gives you anonymoty but it doesn't at all, not with the /who tools out there for server administrators today.
do you have any grasp of reality? the reason why every game that is run by SOE has that thread in their forums is because of 1. how they screwed over hundreds of thousands of SWG players with the CU/NGE and 2. because of all the people upset with their poor customer service--and possibly more reasons than that. but when you've got 100's of players bashing a company on your forums (for good reason i might add) it makes sense to try to control the situation by creating a thread where they can vent at the company that screwed them over--INSTEAD of having 100's of seperate threads entitled "I hate SOE". it makes the forums a little cleaner and tidier--and less threads they have to moderate.
for over 2 years i could not even consider playing a game that SOE had anything to do with because of what they had done with SWG, for the most part i am finally over it--i don't think i can ever truely trust them again, but i can at least consider playing a game that they've touched--such as EQ2 which is actually a good game. but in all honesty, SOE has earned to have that thread in every forum for every single game that they have a part in. why doesn't the WOW forum have a "we hate Blizzard" thread? cause they haven't earned that yet, they very well may earn it in the future--but they haven't acheived that at this time.
