The very fact I had to request assistance from the owner of this site himself isn't going to bode well for anyone.
Your badgering has guaranteed you but one thing; not a damn person who works for this site is going to listen to a word you have to say. The total lack of respect, professionalism, or even common courtesy will be noted.
Grow up and get over it.

Sorry cause i stick up for what i beleive of course means nothing to you and well who cares ... you tell me to grow up and then tell me anyone in this company wont listen to what i say etc... well you know thats typical of a company against a common man doesnt matter any how i dont listen to companies anyhow... they dont control me ...you can ban me go ahead but wont stop me on my adventure to truth!

As far as picketing, you need to have a viable grievance to be able to picket, PER law.
Secondly, what you state about going outside of this site and libel the site, then thats your choice and there is no law that guarantees you the right to defame someone or an entity unless you have proof and facts that you are in fact NOT defaming them. Do you have irrefutable proof, if so then go ahead, if not and your just retaliating because your mad at the operators of the site. Well, lets just say they could deal with you through the court system.
Also, you may not realize it, but you keep spouting the constitution like you know the law and what you don't seem to realize is this.....
There are 2 divisions of Law, Civil and Criminal.
You keep saying you have the right under law to do this and that, yet you don't realize for someone to sue you have nothing to do with rights under law. You can't mix civil (ie., lawsuits- OJ losing a wrongful death case) and criminal (Ie., OJ getting aquitted of murder) and MMORPG.com's recourse comes under Civil law not criminal law. Unless you can proof what you say against them, they can obtain Civil damages against you if they chose to.
Believe what you will, but it is a simple matter of checking the web for cases of libel and flaming websites to the detriment of said websites.
Btw, None912 why would I threaten you with legal proceedings when you have done nothing to me, but then all I said is that I could point out to the operators of this site the precedence of bringing proceedings against you if the accusations persisted.
Remember, you think you have the right to say what you want, but you also must remember it cannot infringe on the rights of someone else. The Constitution, Bill of Rights and just about every other democratic document throughout the ages does not give you that right, nor will they ever give you that right.

First off your wrong under the constitution the law states you have a right to protest peacfully if you seem fit... i in my opinion think i have a right to protest under law therefor outside of this site i can picket the site if i deem it neccsary by law the courts will uphold this. as like cindy sheehan and others against a war have done as i can against a corp. if i mistreated or picked on as i think i was i have a right to point it out and ask for a apology yet i didnt get one and i can take it to others if i wish (which i havent) and say i was mistreated in my opinion by law and picket! same as unions have done and others have done and there is nothing they can do outside of thier space if i did picket same as anyone else picketing in from of the white house or a wal mart!
i have rights under law to picket as given to us by the founding father which is upheld by the supreme court of the us ! the people have a right to picket peacfully..... and peacfully i have done i didnt threaten any one person i havent damaged anything or been violent its called my friend a peacfull disagreement and i have the authority to picket under law if i wish!
next mmorpg wouldnt get nothing from me anyhow it be a waste to try...... most civil cases go away with out being paid and if they did win (which they wouldnt ) i would just bankrupt they be out thousand me i be out nothing! The common man is being picked on by these corporations and it has to stop. i Did nothing more than stick up for a game i support and company and i get repreaved for it ... which is not right and other go by without anything no warning nothing and it seem in my opinion all wow forums who can bashes games and we cannot this is my statement i stick by it !

If you did threaten legal action against me, and if it is true that you have a "business law" background, you must of course know that would be a serious breach of the ABA Model Code of Professional Standards. It is ironic that you would reference tools to look up some one's identity, because dispensing with legal advice in bad faith (say, because some one annoys you) would be grounds to subpoena an individual's IP ADDRESS to pursue further legal action.
And, of course, it would be interesting for the party on the other end of a libel claim to counterclaim for vexatious litigation for allegedly committing a tort on a gaming web page. It sounds to me as if some one would try to commandeer, or threaten to commandeer, the legal system because some one were annoyed. I am very (completely) confident in stating that the libel claim would be dismissed but the counterclaim for vexatious litigation (for injuries and costs) would have much, much greater chance of sticking.

All that would have to be brought up is the persistent harassment of users, which can be proven as you wrote on a text document, and then violated the T.O.S. of this website (which I already saved, since I sent them to the Admin).
While you could plead that you were emotionally distressed to an indeterminate threshold, I'm almost positive the website would remove all liability by simply retorting to a right all business owners possess; the right to refuse service.
Regardless, I'm wiping my hands clean of this affair; it's out of my hands now. I look forward to seeing how this situation is resolved tomorrow.

First, you cannot plead emotional distress in most jurisdictions unless you were physically injured.
And under Federal Rules, the federal court must apply the state laws of its jurisdiction. Therefore, the applicable emotional distressed laws could be favorable or unfavorable. The plaintiff is the master of his claim. However, you have subject matter and personal jurisdiction in addition to venue issues in determining the proper jurisdiction. You are discussing emotional distress claims when it varies from state to state; it can even vary from state to state county districts.
Second, good luck on your "persistent harassment of users" in cyberspace. I am not aware of a single case where "persistent harassment" in cyberspace has been made a claim. Again, the counter-claim for vexatious litigation will have a much, much greater chance of sticking.
Nevertheless, as a Staff Member, under Respondeat superior, MMORPG is responsible for what you say and do in your capacity. However, trust me, they will say you were not a "Staff Member' and are an independent contractor.

If you're really 36, take a look back and consider the fact you have wasted your life, after accumulating zero education and spending hours arguing with people on a gaming message board; 'Defending' a corporate entity and 'your' game from fans of another game (who haven't even flamed the game), because you think it is better.
6. How no one here has just ripped you apart is beyond me; the safety of the internet. Really, if this was real-life, this type of pre-pubescent ranting would get you hurt pretty fast, i just wish it was me.

Just thought i'd add: Now it's a conspiracy because the site havent said that 'your' game is the "bestest evar, weeelly grate!",saying they prefer another game, so you spout a load of law which you've read on wikipedia which doesn't remotely apply. Get a grip. I don't post often, but usually people put the likes of you in their place. Why are you not banned yet, how?
I'm going to lock this one up too since I just don't see a point in letting it stay and it is causing a lot of reports. I would like to just state a few points as I lock it up:
1) Advertising and/or promotions on this site have absolutely no bearing on editorial or community decisions made at MMORPG.com - I don't know how many times I have to state this but it is 100% true. I setup this company in such a way to make this nearly impossible. To be honest I am very detached from the moderators as they are headed by Laura who lives 4000 miles away and who only cares to run a fair community. Our editor Jon Wood lives in Canada 6000 miles from here and I am quite confident that even if I made a suggestion to either of these people to take actions based on ad sales they would quit their jobs or at the least tell me no. We all have our integrity and our reputations to protect.
2) In the 6 years this website has been online we have NEVER ran a single ad for World of Warcraft or Blizzard. This is not by our choice, but it is just a fact...so why in the heck would we be in league with them? If you are going to drum up a conspiracy theory you should at least start one with some kind of meat to it.
3) If you call someone a "wow kiddie" you got banned because you probably offended that person and they reported you. It is against our policy to insult other members, and name calling fits the bill. Note that most name calling is only banned when the person being insulted reports it (we feel this shows they were insulted). If you don't want to get warned or banned, then treat people with a little respect and be constructive...make your point without taking personal jabs at others.
4) We are starting to ban users that appear to be on a "crusade" to destroy any game...so if you want to go on a few rants that is fine, but if you seem to be making it your life mission to post negatively about a game it starts to reek of a smear campaign and we are going to stop you from doing this.
Really read what you are posting PerryPanther and if you can't figure it out already, it is your TONE that is getting you in trouble:
