My son will be lucky if he gets to borrow my '93 Jeep when he turns 16, let alone have his own car!!!

This was a viral video marketing ploy from Dominos, it would be scary if it was real (and I'm sure that there are people like that out there).  It saddens me that Dominos (who's the only place I feel I can get a good thin crust pizza nowadays (IMO)) duped to such a low level for marketing.  I would have been one thing if it was some death defying stunt or something that made you laugh your ass off, but this just angered that average person, because the average person isn't given a $65K+ car and bitches about it not being blue.

As far as the actual viral marketing, we can see how well it worked since we're talking about it over six months after the original release, and people still are ranting and raving about it (as we can very well see even in this thread), myself included.  However I don't really think you can call this "Marketing" if you're going to anger the majority of your customers, while trying to get them to buy your pizza.

Btw many thanks to xplororor for shedding the light on this issue.

P.S. The actress looks like some hot Hungarian model, so as long as she isn't in real life anything like how she acted in the video, I wouldn't mind dating her.

I agree with this. People need to wake up.

The video link on page one, in the first post, by the OP was semi-true. It was from some MTV show about bratty teens. Did MTV 100% set it up? Was the girl a full fledged actress? (starving actress heh). Was she coached by MTV the same way game shows coach contestants? How much of her performace was real, how much of it was coached by MTV? How trustworthy is MTV?

IMHO it looks at least 50% real.

On page 4, in my 2nd post, I thought I found another example of what the OP was talking about. The  video link on page 4, in my 2nd post on page 4, turned out to be a set up by Dominoes Pizza. They came clean in the 4th installment. It's a new way of advertising called "Viral Ads".

Sweet 16 is a great example of our contemptuous consumption.

In the USA, money walks and everyone else works.  A lot of these people, not through merit but through wealth, will attain "responsible" positions in the USA.  It just inspires our enemies to attack when one weeps about not getting a 65k car but is totally insensitive to the suffering of the poor.  It is a perfect, wonderful, and accurate example of our morality, ethics, and public philosophy.

You summed up the everyones opinion here. You got a very good punishment for her "crime" that I think we should apply more often to those who has forgotten the face of their fathers.
