the only obnoxious thing I can see about Tnice's post is the colour of them red ontop of blue makes for very hard reading he is just repeating what many poeple have posted on the forums for the last two weeks maybe he thought our memories need a bit of a reminder

hhmmm Zorgo what did Tnice do to deserve the flaming you just gave him ? it looked to me he was voiceing his opinion and for some reason you decided to take fairly innocious comments and chew them up ,spit them out and throw them across the floor , really mate did you get out of bed on the wrong side or something ? got a toothache ?
Click his name and read his posts. This isn't an isolated occurance. I don't have a problem with his opinion, I have a problem with his methods and tone. He openly insults Vanguard players with a broad prejudicial brush. I feel it is important to call him out on his pretention and show the holes in his argument. Which, if you will, is me expressing my opinion, it just happens to be vastly different from his. If you look at his responses, you will see his responses never contridict what I am saying, but rather reinforces it.
It is one thing to express your opinion as your opinion with an openess to the opinions of others, it is another to express it as fact with a sprinkle of judgement and condemnation.
Personally, it is my axe to grind in these forums, if you click my name and read my posts, you will see that there is a central theme when I respond, I generally only respond to people who take a tone similar to Tnice. When people express their opinion respectfully, I generally don't get fired up enough to post at all. I guess we all have our posting demons.

That sucks, all they're offering is a 7 day free trial to someone who played before. They're going to have to really improve the hell out of this game, including adding a ton of content if they expect that will win anyone back.
Where did you read that they only was gonna offer a 7 day trial to those that played before. An where did you read that they wasn't, or are not, working as hell on this game, and where did you get that idea that they are not going to add content.
From the link you quoted, talking about the win back campaign If that's what Gilbertson is promising it's not all that excititng. I hope you didnt take it that I was saying there wasnt going to be a free trial for anyone, my complaint is that's all they're doing for a relaunch which doesnt seem like it'll draw many customers back.
I've gathered the rest by the little content they've added in the first 6 months of release and the dearth of patches since SOE took over. Everyone they still have working for them may be working like mad but if so they dont have anywhere near enough employees to put out product in a reasonable time.
