Despite all the recent competition for WoW, games such of Lotro , Warhmmer etc...which are admitebly good games as well, WoW will practically be always a big centre of attention. Ok, WoW may not appeal to everyone but you simply cannot say that the game isn't at least satisfactory or that it isn't successful.
Though Blizzard better get off their asses and make some dcent new content soon.
Let me just say that I still play WoW so I'm not a WoW hater. But still I would like to see it get knocked of it's high horse because I think MMOs such as this one still have room to improve a lot. But on the other hand I wouldn't care if it remained # 1 in subscribers for a long time to come. As long as other games like Warhammer reach even 500k subs they are still considered successful profitably.

I read on one of the WoW websites that WoW has a growing number of European players. So it's safe to that WoW is still no.1
If you ask "number wise", yet it is.
For any other area then this, it simply was never the master in anything. (Aside "maybe" the leveling process..)
What deserves to be done, deserves to be "well" done...
And thus the prophecy comes true.

Peace, we don't want any wars here
