Anyway, there IS a spell checker implemented into the post editor... Misspelled words are underlined in red, just as you might expect from Microsoft Word or something.
Either way, it makes me horrendously insecure having to read obnoxiously simplified and grammatically repulsive internet chat. I feel like some sort of English professor with a pet peeve. That, and I feel like I have to read complex literature, written by Stephen Hawking perhaps, just to compensate for the unshakable feeling of stupidity that overwhelms me afterwards.. IQs can be contagious.

I've never noticed the spell check before. Could be something that's different in my Firefox settings. Would be nice to have a grammar check too. I desperately need that! The older I get, the less I remember. So very sad.

I'm not so sure about the complex literature. It all depends on my mood and what I desire in a book. At the moment, it's fairly light humourous literature. When life is crap books are wonderful for escapism.

But I digress...

It is amusing that there's been a lack of shortened words in this whole thread. That very much rocks!
