I know how to maitain a guild bank that makes everyone happy pretty well, i have seen it done many many times, and i know what to do.

I belive guild housing will cost alot of in-game money, so once we get high enough and rich enough we can purchase it!
This will be one of the needs of a guild bank. Our guild bank will help fund our guild house....the guild bank should also be open to guild member requests, it will be used mostly, if people really need something. (this rule will aply to everyone, including me and my brother) No skimming off the top! My brother and I agree that emergency access to a guild bank would be a membershp perk.
Fo example - You lose your stuff, we might be able to get you back on your feet.

to the issue of HOUSING!?! YAY! -
1. We've heard one can choose a theme to the mansion, so, in fitting with the probable name, we go Greco-Roman.
2. No one will be able to own guild housing right off, it's supposedly really expensive, so we'll set aside raids and stuff exclusivly for housing money.
3. This one's obvious, but the mansion will be in Qeynos
4. Bob says we might have seperate rooms for important members like a chamber Guild Leader, Treasurer, Vice Guild Leader and other high ranking officers. Sounds awesome.
Beyond these basics, we really need to wait for more info before making more decisions.
