NPC urinating in the game (scripted set path) for me just fits in with everything I have read within the lore. Its totally a good fit with the environment in that area, it adds another level of realism, and lets face it - unless your a "prude" or a "hater" then you have imo forgot to bring your sense of humour with you to the forums!

Well lets be straight here, the environmental realism factor can and is a pretty big factor, its nice to have some inclusion about what your trying to portray in a game. It creates atmosphere, a sense of identity and realism.
Smoke rising from structures, a mist rolling in off the sea at harbour, horses tied up at the stables - subtle music all sets the scene nicely.
People going about their chores in town, rowdiness coming from local taverns, fights spilling out onto the streets, drunks staggereing around pissing up alley walls or off over the quay side.
Noises of merriment echoing down and around the seedier side of town, market traders with emotes beckoning you to purchase goods, a cat chasing rats around. A beggar might be asleep in a door way with a passer by "booting" them to wake up with a curse. A privateer in town looking for slaves to buy, or a good time down the brothel area. This is Tortage, this is your starting island.
Want to take it further for an adult rating? We could have full frontal pixel nudity, raping and so on.
In the lore Robert E Howard was able to convey his created world in such a fashion that capitivated the reader into portraying through thought, essentially what he was getting at. There was no "Shit throwing" there was no descriptive graphic "raping" wrote.
Lest you forget it's Funcom making this game with a mature rating, under license. These are things I shouldn't consider as indepth as you want me to. I am not a game designer, this isn't a game being made for kids. I am not a lore master, ot environment designer, but I can certainly except some disgusting things in this game just from watching the combat. You can only add so much into the game.
You know, if you think its too immature, gritty or realistic what I wrote in the first 4 paragraphs, then LotRO is that way>>>> This isn't the game for you, especially if you get offended at a clip on an NPC urinating.

Well, if player characters can urinate on command then I have a couple of follow up questions;
#1. Will there be a urine meter? Surely a player can't urinate all the time without taking in enough liquids.
#2. Will drinking liquids make your urine meter increase?
#3. Will drinking beer make the urine meter increase faster than other liquids?
